Developed a series of retail & housing concepts with an emphasis on accessibility for an aging community. Projects included zoning analysis for land acquisitions throughout the state; Concept development and schematic design as well as regular formal presentations of project’s progress. Interior Design for Predicate included creating graphics and banners for fledgling companies as well as iconic interior installations for expanding franchises.

Worked with the designers in developing 30’ hammock on Boston's Greenway strip near South Station. Also completed surveys of existing conditions and drafted as-built plans for renovations.
